Tall windows, tall pines, room to spread out
Soaring ceilings and oversized windows pull the forest into the main room.
A stone fireplace with gas logs anchors the great room, which opens to a kitchen with granite counters, a big island, and stainless appliances. A dining area sits off the kitchen behind tall windows, so breakfast comes with a view of the trees.
Upstairs, a steel-railed staircase leads to the loft, a game area with an Infinity Table and comfortable seating for movie nights on the TV. Outside, the covered deck, fire pit, grill and hot tub are tucked into the woods.

Beavers Bend country
Champagne Pines sits off US-259 between Hochatown and the town of Broken Bow, in the Ouachita foothills of southeast Oklahoma. A base camp for all of it.

Good to know before you book
When can I book?
We open for stays in December 2026. The booking calendar will appear on this page as soon as dates open.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. Downstairs has a king bedroom and a two-queen bedroom, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs has a bedroom with queen-over-queen bunks. The loft is a game and movie area.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is the hot tub private?
Yes. It sits on the private, wooded grounds next to the covered deck and fire pit.
Is there an EV charger?
Yes. The property has a Tesla Wall Connector. If you drive a non-Tesla EV, bring a NACS to J1772 adapter (or the right adapter for your vehicle).
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome for $50 per pet per night, with a 40 lb weight limit.
Is there wifi and parking?
Yes, there is wifi, and the property has parking for 4 vehicles.
What is the drive like?
The last roads off US-259 are unpaved and rough in spots. We send exact turn-by-turn directions with every booking. Follow those rather than your map app's default route.
Why are the photos different from the finished look?
We are renovating this fall. The current photos show the cabin before that work, and we will replace them when it is done.
